“KLIMOR” was established in 1967 as a specialist enterprise dealing with the production, delivery and installation of air conditioning and cooling systems for the shipbuilding industry and soon became a leader in the business.

During 38 years of operation “KLIMOR” has equipped over 1650 ships including tankers, fishing vessels, trawlers, bulk carriers, freighters, general cargo vessels, passenger ferries, research vessels, Ro-Ros, container ships and others built in Polish and foreign shipyards, with air conditioning and cooling systems. The systems developed over many years by “KLIMOR” are certified by all reputable classification societies such as Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Germanisher Lloyd, Det Norske Veritas, Bureau Veritas, American Bureau of Shipping, RS and the Polish Shipping Register.

The modern and well equipped factory situated in Gdynia engages the services of around 200 highly qualified specialists and workers ready to handle customers’ orders.

In the 80’s “KLIMOR” entered the overland market. Thanks to our experience, flexibility and the high quality of our products we were able to take up ambitious tasks such as providing air conditioning for hospitals, hotels, government buildings, banks, power plants and other industrial and public buildings.

Since the beginning of the 90’s “KLIMOR” has broadened its range of operation by providing comprehensive turnkey deliveries of air conditioning, ventilation and cooling systems. The deliveries include DESIGN – PRODUCTION OF SUB-ASSEMBLIES – DELIVERY – INSTALLATION – TESTS – START-UP OF SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT.

In May 1996 “KLIMOR” received the ISO 9001 quality management system certificate.

The factory was reorganized during the late 90’s. In May 2004 “KLIMOR” began co-operation with a strategic investor – Gdansk Ship Repair Yard and operates within the Remontowa Group. In October 2004 all the production was shifted to Factory No 2, Gdynia, ul. Krzywoustego 5.

We follow current world trends and adjust production to emerging requirements. New solutions of our own such as heat tubes, highly efficient glycol systems, heat pumps and devices equipped with cooling modules have been introduced. We are constantly modernizing the production process of products designed for land and sea use.

Participation in numerous fairs, exhibitions and trade meetings as well as reliability in business and workmanship give KLIMOR a long-lasting position in the HVAC field.

• air conditioning, heating and ventilation units with capacities varying between 500 and 140.000 m3/h
• air supply and exhaust units with heat recovery between 2000 and 60000 m3/h
• units with gas or oil  burner heating module
• air conditioning units with heat pump

• SPIRO type air distribution systems

• air supply and exhaust elements
